One on One with a director

Is a class in your area soon not starting soon or has been postponed?Not really sure if Life Skills will really help you? You can schedule a one on one appointment. You will meet with one of the directors (male with male and female with female) to start diving into the fundamentals of  the process to change. The cost is $75 for 50 minutes. Two on Two with the directors

Is your spouse hesitant for you or both of you to start the program? A class in your area isn’t starting yet but your relationship needs help? You also have the option to meet with the directors together to start the process of communication and conflict resolution strategies along with starting the process of change. If the couple is open to change, change is possible!! The cost is $120 for 50 minutes.

32 Week Program Intensives ( program one on one)

In certain circumstances when its not possible to enroll in a 32 week class, it may be an option for you to complete Phase 1 on a one-on-one basis. Please call 858-722-1881 to set that up and find out the cost.

• You will complete the program with a trained facilitator with only  you. This enables more time to  focus on you versus a larger  class where we try and give everyone a chance to share.
• Flexible Schedule- you will work to develop a time that works best for you. You can do a few days a week or a few days a month.
• Takes approximately 45-50 hours to complete the course.
• You will have the chance to get understanding and help in using the tools that directly affect you.
